لا نعالج من البيانات الشخصية إلا ما تقتضيه الحاجة، واستنادًا إلى الأحكام القانونية السارية في دولة قطر. ونحفظ بياناتك في سرّية تامة، ونصونها بإجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، ولا نبيعها لأيّ جهة كانت.We process personal data no further than is necessary, and always on the basis of the legal provisions in force in the State of Qatar. Your data is kept confidential, safeguarded through suitable technical and organisational measures, and never sold to any party.

٣.١ ملفّات سجلّ الخادم3.1 Server logs

لدى دخولك الموقع، يدوّن مزوّد الاستضافة تلقائيًا بياناتٍ تقنية يبعث بها متصفّحك، وتُحفَظ فيما يُسمّى سجلّات الخادم:As you open the site, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data sent by your browser, stored in what are known as server logs:

• عنوان IP بعد اختصاره أو تجهيلهan IP address that has been shortened or anonymised

الغاية من هذه المعالجة إبقاء الموقع يعمل بأمان واستقرار (وهي مصلحة مشروعة). ولا تُربط هذه البيانات بمصادر أخرى لتحديد هويّة أفراد بعينهم.The purpose of this processing is to keep the site running securely and reliably (a legitimate interest). This data is not linked with other sources to identify specific individuals.

ترتكز معالجة البيانات على قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016) وما صدر بمقتضاه من لوائح. ويتبدّل السند تبعًا للحالة، فقد يكون موافقتك، أو الاستجابة لتواصلٍ بادرت به، أو مصلحتنا المشروعة في إدارة الموقع بأمان.Data processing rests on Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and the regulations made under it. The ground varies with the situation: it may be your consent, our response to a message you initiated, or our legitimate interest in running the site securely.

٦. الإفصاح لأطراف أخرى6. Disclosure to others

لا نُفصح عن بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف أخرى إلا حين يستلزم ذلك تشغيل الموقع، أو بعد موافقتك الصريحة، أو حين يفرضه التزام قانوني. ويتصرّف مزوّدو الخدمات التقنية (كالاستضافة) بوصفهم معالِجين نيابةً عنّا، ملتزمين بتعليماتنا وبحفظ سرّية البيانات.We disclose your personal data to outside parties only where operating the site makes it necessary, after your explicit consent, or where a legal obligation requires it. يمنحك قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية الحقوق الآتية:The Personal Data Privacy Protection Law grants you the following rights:

• حقّ الاطّلاع على بياناتك ومعرفة طريقة معالجتهاthe right to view your data and learn how it is processed
• حقّ تصويب أيّ بيانات غير صحيحةthe right to have any incorrect data put right
• حقّ محو البيانات في حدود ما يجيزه القانونthe right to have data erased within the limits the law allows
• حقّ الاعتراض على أنواع محدّدة من المعالجةthe right to object to particular kinds of processing
• حقّ التراجع عن موافقة سبق منحها متى شئتthe right to take back a consent you previously gave, at any time

لإعمال أيّ من هذه الحقوق يكفي أن ترسل رسالة إلى [email protected]. ولك كذلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصّة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر.To act on any of these rights, a single email to [email protected] is enough. You are also entitled to file a complaint with the competent personal-data protection authority in the State of Qatar.

٨. مدّة حفظ البيانات8. How long we keep data

لا نُبقي على البيانات الشخصية إلا بالقدر الزمني الذي تقتضيه الأغراض المذكورة أو تُلزم به المتطلّبات القانونية، وبعده تُحذف ضمن إجراء معتاد.We keep personal data no longer than the stated purposes require or than legal obligations demand, after which it is deleted as a matter of routine.

٩. حماية البيانات9. Safeguarding data

نعتمد إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، منها تشفير عملية النقل (HTTPS)، لنقي بياناتك من الوصول غير المأذون أو الضياع أو العبث.We apply suitable technical and organisational measures, among them encrypted transfer (HTTPS), to shield your data from unauthorised access, loss or tampering.

١٠. بيانات الأطفال10. Children's data

وُجِّه هذا الموقع إلى الجمهور العام لا إلى الأطفال، ونحن لا نجمع عمدًا أيّ بيانات شخصية تخصّهم.This site addresses a general audience rather than children, and we do not deliberately collect any personal data belonging to them.
