«مرجع قطر» مرجع تحريري مستقل يشرح بلغة مبسّطة موضوعات الاتصال المتنقّل والإنترنت فائق السرعة داخل قطر. والموقع لا يبيع منتجات أو خدمات، ولا ينوب عن أي مشغّل اتصالات أو هيئة حكومية، ولا يطرح أسعارًا أو عروضًا تجارية.Qatar Reference is an independent editorial reference that explains, in plain language, topics of mobile connectivity and ultra-fast internet within Qatar. The site sells no products or services, acts for no telecom operator or government body, and puts forward no prices or commercial offers.

ما يُنشر هنا غايته التوعية العامة لا غير، وهو لا يقوم مقام استشارة فنية أو قانونية أو مهنية. وللحصول على معلومات مُلزِمة وحديثة عن قطاع الاتصالات في قطر، يُنصح بالعودة إلى الجهات الرسمية المختصة.What is published here is intended for general awareness alone and does not take the place of technical, legal or professional consultation. ٤. حقوق المِلكية الفكرية4. Intellectual-property rights

تعود مِلكية كل ما في الموقع من نصوص ورسوم وتصاميم إلى «مرجع قطر»، أو أنها مستعملة بموجب ترخيص، وجميعها مصون بالقوانين السارية. ولك أن تطّلع على المحتوى لغرض شخصي غير ربحي، على أن يُمنع إعادة نشره أو التعديل عليه ما لم يُؤذَن بذلك سلفًا.Ownership of all the site's text, graphics and designs rests with Qatar Reference, or they are used under a licence, and every part is safeguarded by the laws in force.
